SUA is a studio providing advisory services on the growing challenges arising from climate change and regulation, as well as on sustainable and regenerative approaches to the built environment.
The work focuses on issues that are becoming increasingly relevant across many projects, including requirements related to the energy transition, the management of climate risks, the development of appropriate adaptation strategies, and the translation of regulatory requirements into real planning and decision-making processes.
The advisory work is grounded in experience from planning, design and architectural engagement with buildings. This perspective shapes a realistic understanding of feasibility, trade-offs and grey areas, both at project level and within organisational contexts.
SUA is led by Anja Stachelscheid, architect and ESG advisor with long-standing experience across all planning phases, in sustainable building, and in work related to climate risks and climate adaptation.
SUA works on a project-based, personal and independent basis.
